1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to meet the needs of our customers, including both standard and expedited shipping methods. Our shipping partners include major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The available options and shipping costs will be presented at checkout based on your location.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available. Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days.
- White-Glove Delivery: For larger furniture items, we offer a white-glove delivery service, which includes the assembly and placement of furniture in your home. Please contact customer service for availability and pricing.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery address of the items in your order. At checkout, the exact shipping charges will be provided, and you will have the option to select your preferred shipping method.
- Free Shipping: We occasionally offer promotions for free shipping on selected products or orders above a certain threshold. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be provided during the promotion period.

3. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we offer domestic shipping to the United States only. We are currently not offering international shipping. However, we are working to expand our shipping options and may begin offering international shipping in the future. Please check our website for updates on international shipping availability.
Additionally, certain items may not be eligible for delivery to certain regions due to size or shipping limitations.
4. Order Processing and Shipment Time
Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
During peak seasons, such as holidays or sales events, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping. We appreciate your patience during these times.
5. Tracking and Delivery Updates
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website. If there are any delays or issues with your shipment, you will receive updates directly from the carrier. If you need assistance with tracking or delivery issues, please contact our customer service team.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your items arrive safely, accidents can happen during transit. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Note: It’s important to inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives and notify us immediately if there are any issues. For damaged items, please take photos of the damage and include them in your email.
7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to most P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories. However, some larger items or special delivery services may not be available to these addresses. Please check during checkout for availability.
