Our Payment Policy outlines the methods of payment we accept, as well as the terms and conditions regarding payments for the furniture products purchased from our website. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Payment Methods Accepted
We accept a variety of secure payment methods to ensure that our customers have the flexibility to choose what is most convenient for them. These payment methods include:
Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All card payments are processed securely through an encrypted payment gateway to ensure the safety of your financial information.
PayPal: Customers can choose to pay via PayPal for a fast and secure checkout process. If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal platform to complete your purchase. After payment is made, you will be returned to our website to finalize the order.

Gift Cards: If you have a GlobeRapic gift card, you can use it as a payment method during checkout. The value of the gift card will be applied toward your total order value.
All payment transactions are processed through secure channels to ensure that your payment details are protected. We do not store any sensitive payment information on our website.
2. Order Confirmation and Authorization
Once you have selected your payment method and completed the checkout process, we will authorize the payment and process your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase, including the items ordered, the total amount, and an estimated delivery date.
Please note that an order confirmation email does not indicate that the payment has been fully processed, as we may need to verify the payment information. If any issues arise with payment authorization, we will contact you promptly to resolve the issue before proceeding with your order.
3. Billing and Payment Information
You must provide accurate billing information, including your name, address, phone number, and payment details, when placing an order. By submitting your payment information, you authorize GlobeRapic to charge the total amount for the products and shipping fees, including applicable taxes, to the payment method you have selected.
If your billing information is inaccurate, we reserve the right to cancel your order or contact you for verification before processing the payment.
4. Payment Security
We take the security of our customers’ personal and payment information very seriously. Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all sensitive data transferred between your browser and our servers. SSL encryption ensures that your payment information, including your credit card details, is securely transmitted and cannot be intercepted by third parties.

For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by their local authorities. These charges are beyond our control and will not be included in the payment at checkout.
7. Order Cancellations and Payment Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by contacting our customer service team at info@globerapic.com. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, if the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to initiate a return once the product is received.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and confirm the return of the product. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note that certain payment methods may take longer to reflect the refund in your account.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
In the event that you dispute a payment or initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider, we ask that you first contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues related to payments or orders promptly and professionally. Chargebacks can result in delays and may incur additional fees.
