Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping to all U.S. states, with estimated delivery times of 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and location.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we are exploring options for international deliveries, and we will notify you when these services become available.
Please be aware that GlobeRapic is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, especially during peak seasons or due to weather conditions.
 
5. Return and Exchange Policy
At GlobeRapic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for more detailed instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange.
 
Return Eligibility: Items must be in unused, original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, are not eligible for returns.
6. Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely shipping. Therefore, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, it may not be possible to cancel the order, as it may already be in the process of being shipped.
