Refund and Returns Policy for GlobeRapic

At GlobeRapic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a flexible Refund and Returns Policy to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must not be a custom-made product or personalized in any way, as these are not eligible for returns.
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@globerapic.com or by calling (515) 733-2651 to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • RA Number: Write the RA number on the outside of the package to help us process your return quickly.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

3. Refunds

Upon approval of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for returned items that are not defective or damaged.
  • Non-refundable Items: Shipping charges, gift cards, and any items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for a refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are not guaranteed and may be subject to product availability.

6. Late Returns

Returns received after the 30-day period will not be accepted, unless the item is found to be defective or damaged. We encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon receipt.

7. International Returns

At this time, we only accept returns for items shipped within the United States. International orders are not eligible for returns unless specifically authorized by customer service.
